A strength and conditioning class divided into two sections. The first focuses on heavy resistance training to build strength, while the second is dedicated to conditioning and cardiovascular work; including machines like ergs, and running.
Feeling Peachy
This is a resistance based class that works on strengthening and shaping your body, with a core focus of glutes and lower body. It is a station form class which has four people working on one station at a time.

Our brand‑new Reformer Pilates studio offers a low‑impact workout with serious results. Founder
Hey Ladies,
It's me! I'm your overly excited, loud and extremely affectionate trainer/ owner of Aamari wellness.
I love to laugh and sing in class and i'm a massive hugger.
I want you to know that I see each and everyone of you. I will be your biggest supporter and cheerleader in everything you do.
Aamari has been brought to life through my passion of health and fitness and my want to help women on a deeper level to feel their happiest and healthiest in both mind and body.
I welcome you into the doors of Aamari Wellness with open arms.
