Our classes cater to everyone, from first timers to advanced members. With our experienced instructors who focus on proper alignment and technique, you’ll get a well-rounded workout that targets all areas of the body. We believe in the benefits of training, both for the mind and the body, and we’re excited to share that with you in our unique classes.

Build

Build is a resistance based class, that focuses on building lean muscle and making you feel stronger. This class will create beautiful shape and curves in your figure and make you feel empowered and confident.

Tone

Efficient, effective and results focused. A seamlessly structured 45 minute class focused primarily on developing lean muscle mass.Tone combines the benefits of progressive pilates, resistance based cardio and equipment based aesthetic training. Tone focuses on optimising your body's burning and shaping potential.

Sculpt

Your shaping and sculpting bestie, with a mix of Pilates and barre. Low impact with maximum burn.

Ride/Rhythm Ride

Dynamic and immersive, rhythm cycling is a form of indoor cycling that combines synchronised movements with the music beats. We don't just get you sweating but we get you dancing too.

Reformer

Reformer Pilates offers a gentle yet effective full-body workout that builds strength while being easy on your joints. It enhances posture, flexibility, and core stability, all while helping to tone muscles, release tension, and improve your overall body awareness.

Feeling Peachy

This is a resistance based class that works on strengthening and shaping your body, with a core focus on glutes and lower body. It is a station form class which has four people working on one station at a time.

Condition

A strength and conditioning class divided into two sections. the first focuses on heavy resistance training to build strength, while the second is dedicated to conditioning and cardiovascular work, including machines like ergs and running.

Yoga

These classes are designed to help you relax and release tension. A mix of long holds, challenging sequences and deep breaths. It's the ultimate unwind.
